"Tarbut (which is Hebrew for culture) is the Rady Jewish Community’s new program concept which will bring together several cultural genres and programs into one major event. Tarbut: Festival of Jewish Culture will amalgamate the Israeli Concert Series, Annual Jewish Book Fair and Films under one roof for ten cultural filled days at the Rady JCC. This all new arts event will showcase the best of Jewish culture exposing audiences to top caliber Israeli and local musicians as well as prominent authors."

Swing For The Fences will be making its McNally Robinson debut on May 27th, 2009 at the Grant Park location. Gilli Braunstein will be reading from his book and speaking about it starting at 7:30 pm. Swing For The Fences will be available for purchase ($25.00 Hardcover). Braunstein will be there signing books and answering questions. The event is FREE so it'd be great to show your support and come!
